Ordered the gorgeous Bearington bear, which is just like it's photograph, on Wednesday evening and received a beautifully packaged bear on Friday. The bear is adorable. Rating 5 A great personal service. I asked for next day delivery, placing the order around 12:00 noon. It arrived the next day as promised and my friend was delighted with it. Rating 5 I cannot recommend Rachel's Bears highly enough; I have already told many friends and family members of the excellent bear choice, reasonable price range and service I received. The email progress report was reassuring and appeared friendly and personal. The offer of a message card and packaging on my gift bear with no additional charge was a bonus. From start to finish service of my bear gift was excellent. My bear was purchased on behalf of a very poorly elderly friend who had no way of sending a gift for his first Great Grandchild. Rachel's Bears made that possible and made him very happy. The bear is much appreciated by his new owners. An all round "growling success" . Thank you! Sidney Bear appears to be loveable, huggable, endearing cuddly best bear friend toy who's new owner should enjoy many years of happiness in his company as they grow old together. 9th July 2011

Mrs J - Wiltshire I ordered this bear after doing a google search and finding your company listed there. I read about your company and the reviews that others had left on your site and it was all very positive. Although I had a vague idea of what I was looking for, I contacted you directly via email for some advice. I was looking for something that would help my little boy become more confident with sleeping on his own as he is scared of the dark and we take it in turns to keep him company every night. Your replies were detailed, friendly and prompt. I asked many questions and you answered them all! Eventually I picked this bear. It came beautifully wrapped. Sending the invoice in the silver-lined envelope was a very nice touch too. The bear is a perfect size for a toddler (as you had said) and is amazingly soft. My husband and I were even tempted to buy a bear for ourselves as its so cuddly! To be honest I wasn't sure whether my little boy would want it however when I gave it to him, I really was astounded to watch how quickly he 'bonded' with this bear. He gave it a name almost immediately and took to cuddling it straight away. He carries it everywhere, swinging it by its wonderfully dangly arms. My little boy knows this bear is special and treats him as such. I am sure that I will need to buy another 'back up' panda just in case! When my 2 year old daughter lost her favourite teddy Rachel Bears could not have been more helpful. I found a replacement and it was sent and arrived by 1pm the very next day.
The bear was beautifully packaged and I now have a very happy 2 year old.
