After searching for a Steiff Bear in a suitcase for my Baby Granddaughters first Christmas, I came across Rachel's Bears website. I ordered just what I had been looking for on a Sunday. I received e-mails with confrmation of my order, along with two following status updates to say the order had been dispatched on the Monday. I received my Bear parcel on Tuesday morning. What excellent customer service I received. Could not have been better!
