I have given this 4 stars only because my first choices were out of stock in the Great British Teddy Bear range. However, I am delighted with my Queen Elizabeth Bear and with my other purchases. The service is excellent and very efficient, arriving here on Friday morning having been ordered late Tuesday evening, particularly efficient as this is free delivery. Overall I would heartily recommend Rachel's Bears.
